Warranties: M.R.E. stands behind everything we do. Every engine is built as if it were one of our own personal engines, and parts we would not use in our own engines, we would not use in yours. However, we do know why these engines are being built and what their intended use is.There are no warranties or guarentees expressed or implied with any high performance type engine or engine part. However, if an engine is returned to us with any type of failure, complete, then we will do our best to find what happened, find the cause, and fix the problem.If we determine that the error was a failed manufactured part, we will work with that company to make it right but you will still be responsible for any charges in the mean time and hope you get reimbursed by the manufacturer in question. If we determine that the error was not due to any fault of ours, and if it was due to a tune up failure, or by lack of maintenance by the owner, we will then work with the customer in getting it back together, but we reserve the right to charge any fees where applicable. We will not accept an incomplete engine with any type of failure. Incomplete meaning anyone who attempts to dis-assemble the engine on their own, will not be accepted. We feel since we were trusted to build the engine, that we should dis-assemble the engine as careful as they go together to look for any and all signs of faliure. Just throwing parts over your shoulder will not help the situation. Neither will bringing us a box 'o parts.

Returns: We do not accept any returns on any custom made parts for any application.No exceptions! Since custom parts are made to order, most manufacturers will not take returns or exhanges. That is why when ordering any custom item, be very thorough and specific when ordering. Any custom parts that show up wrong will be solely the customer's responsibility if the incorrect information was given at time of order. Any other items that are returned within 7 business days, will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping is also non refundable and the customer's responsibility. Any returns will be expected to be in as new condition, not used in anyway, in the same packageing that the part came in. We reserve the right to deny any return on parts at any time.

Payment: At this time we accept three major Credit Cards, Paypal, Bank Check, and Postal Money Order. N.Y. residents subject to 8.625% sales tax on all items. Those wanting to send a money order or bank check, please email us ahead of time for our mailing information. We do NOT accept cash in the mail.

 

 

Shipping: We use UPS ground service on most parts. Most orders for in stock parts are shipped within 24 hours.We will gladly accommodate any special shipping requirements such as UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day, UPS 3 day Select, UPS Saturday, etc.The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. International orders are not accepted at this time.

Ordering: When ordering by phone, please have all your credit card information readily available. This will help expedite the process. Most parts ordered are shipped within 24 hours if they are in stock. Otherwise a standard turn around time will apply. Backorders will happpen occasionally, in which you will be notified and not charged till the part is ready to ship. Custom orders usually take a bit longer, be sure to inquire about the lead time on custom ordered parts as it chages seasonally.
